Eight Steps To Factory-Smooth
Mask everything. Complete masking of all non-painted surfaces.
Clean & degrease. All surfaces cleaned, door hardware removed.
Doors off. Doors and drawers removed for offsite spraying.
Dust-free tent. A fully enclosed spray tent keeps contaminants off fresh paint.
Fill & prime. Premium caulk plus a quality shellac primer — the best for wood cabinets, so tannins never bleed through.
Two finish coats. Acrylic urethane alkyd on doors, drawers and facings.
Reinstall. Doors, drawers and hardware back in place — new hardware installed on request.
Final walk-through. Complete clean-up and inspection with you, to your satisfaction.
